Christina Silvera is an Associate Clinical Psychologist. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of the West Indies. She has also continued her education to become proficient in ADHD and Executive Functioning (EF) management and ADHD/EF Parent and Teacher Coaching. Christina is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of the West Indies. She believes we all possess the skills to overcome adversity, and psychologists’ roles are to help us identify and maximize these skills.
